Privacy Policy
PITCHFY TECHNOLOGIES INC. operates Pitchfy Labs and Remy. For privacy requests, email support@pitchfy.ai or write to 15560 N Frank Lloyd Wright, Suite B4-7043, Scottsdale, AZ 85260. This notice describes the current Pitchfy Labs beta and its handling of personal information. It applies to the application and contact forms, not to separate services you visit through external links.
Information we receive
Sign-in provides an account identifier, email address and, when available, name. We store profile details you choose to enter; briefs, reference images, logos and project files; generation and export records; usage and credit information; agreement versions and acceptance times; and feedback or contact messages. Reports may include a screenshot, page, project ID and displayed error. Contact forms also use a limited, date-based identifier derived from your account or connection address to limit abuse.
How information is used
We use this information to authenticate you, save and create your projects, prepare exports, manage usage, answer requests, prevent abuse and understand beta quality. Activity records count visits, project starts, generation starts and export clicks. Reviews and feedback help improve the product; Remy’s learning controls let you choose which supported lessons to activate.
Service providers and access
Hosting, storage, identity, AI generation and payment providers process information needed for their part of the service. The beta uses OpenAI/ChatGPT identity, Sites and Cloudflare services, Railway hosting, and the configured creative-planning and image providers, which can include OpenAI, Runway and Leonardo. When enabled, Stripe handles payment checkout. Prompts, relevant reference materials and generated results may pass to those providers. Their processing may occur in the United States or other countries and is subject to their applicable terms. Authorized administrators can access feedback and support records for service operations.
Choose what you share
Avoid putting sensitive personal information, passwords or material you are not authorized to disclose into briefs, references or screenshots. A service provider may need to process supplied content to fulfill a request. Do not assume a beta workflow provides a separate confidentiality agreement or a particular model-training exclusion unless it has been specifically confirmed.
Storage, deletion and retention
Saved projects, briefs and support records are retained to provide the service and respond to requests. Treatment deletion hides the treatment from your workspace and normal project routes; underlying assets and usage records can remain. Security, billing, legal obligations, backups and dispute handling may also require retention. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of account information. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and legal exceptions may apply.
Cookies and similar storage
Sign-in and admin sessions use necessary security cookies. The application may use browser storage for interface preferences and onboarding state. Drafts are saved to your account. The current application does not include an advertising-pixel integration. See the Cookies notice for the current feature inventory; separate sign-in and provider services may use their own cookies.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can edit available profile fields, export treatments, remove workspace items, decide what feedback to submit and contact Pitchfy with a privacy request. Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have additional rights. Use the Privacy topic on the contact form. We do not ask you to agree to advertising as a condition of accepting the user agreement.
Children, security and updates
Pitchfy Labs is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Do not submit children’s personal information. Access restrictions and other safeguards are used, but no online service can promise absolute security. This notice may change as the beta evolves; its version and date are shown here, and updated notices are linked during onboarding.
