Beta User Agreement
These terms apply to your use of Pitchfy Labs and Remy during beta. “Pitchfy”, “we” and “us” mean PITCHFY TECHNOLOGIES INC., the operator of Pitchfy Labs and Remy. Contact support@pitchfy.ai. 1. Using the beta
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into an agreement. If you use the service for a company or client, you must have permission to act for them. Keep your account secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. Beta features, availability and capacity may change.
2. Your materials
You retain your rights in the briefs, logos, images and other materials you submit. You give Pitchfy permission to store, process and transmit those materials as needed to provide the service, create your requested outputs, maintain security and respond to support requests. Only upload materials you are authorized to use, including necessary permissions for identifiable people, client information and brand assets.
3. AI outputs and production use
Remy produces creative concepts and generated imagery. Outputs may contain mistakes, resemble other work or require third-party permissions. Review facts, trademarks, likenesses, music, font licenses and other rights before sharing or production. Pitchfy does not promise that an output is unique, copyrightable or cleared for commercial use. Any rights available in an output remain subject to applicable law and the terms of the providers used to produce it.
4. Acceptable use
Follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Do not submit unlawful material, infringe others’ rights, bypass access controls, misuse another account or overload the service. Pitchfy may restrict access or remove material to address abuse, security issues, rights complaints or legal obligations.
5. Credits, purchases and beta availability
Review the price and credit estimate shown before authorizing a paid action. Image revisions may use additional credits. Payment, renewal and cancellation terms presented at checkout apply to that purchase. Contact us about billing errors or refund requests; nothing here removes rights provided by applicable law. Beta access is not a promise of continued free access, uninterrupted service or future feature availability.
6. Saved work and privacy
Read the Privacy Policy for how account information, project materials, activity and support records are handled. Export important work. Deleting a treatment removes it from your workspace; it does not immediately erase every stored file, accounting record or backup. Use the contact page for an account-data request.
7. Feedback
You may send feedback to help improve the service. Pitchfy may use that feedback to improve its products without an obligation to pay for the suggestion. This does not transfer ownership of your project materials or grant permission to publish your confidential work.
8. Availability, changes and contact
The beta is provided as available, to the extent permitted by law. We cannot guarantee that it will be error-free or suitable for every production workflow. These terms do not exclude protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material agreement changes require a new acceptance before further creation. You may stop using the service at any time.
